Slow websites and diagnose connection errors
We have a strange problem where we have a network running small business server 2003. Users are experiencing slow websites for www.totaljobs.co.uk, www.cwjobs.co.uk and linkedin. Sometimes the sites time out all togteher and siplay the diagnose connection box in IE
However when we visit the websites from another machine or the server they seem to work ok and relatively fast.
Rebooting the computer can solve the issues and allow the users to connect to the website
Any ideas on what is causing this issue and how to fix would be appreciated
Thanks

Just as an addition, most websites seem to be ok and don't cause a problem, however the websites in question are databse driven sites using asp pages, not sure if this is any help
confirm any security settings on these PCs and change back to default to assist with troubleshooting.

Hi, we have tracked the issue down to the MTU settings on the router which have had to be set to 1000 whilst the ISP looks in to this at their side. Thanks for the input.
