No.  Where this did work with 2007, Office 2010 will not install a 32-bit version on a 64-bit OS.
Office 2007 will install ok - see Microsoft's website:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/products/2007-microsoft-office-release-system-requirements-HA010166865.aspx

Office 2010 should also be ok, according to Microsoft it will install in WoW64 mode:
"Terminal Server and Windows on Windows (WOW) (which allows installing 32-bit versions of Office 2010 on 64-bit operating systems) are supported"
