MS Outlook 2007 Print Number of Copies skyrocketing!

This is the strangest issue I have come across.  I have a user that when he attempts to print an email from outlook, the number of copies field starts shooting up.  As long as that field is selected, the number continues to rise.  If I select another field, it stops.  It is very annoying and I have no idea how to fix it.  This does not happen in other office apps.  Just outlook.  I am running a laptop with Win7 Pro.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. that is crazy. ok i would remove or repair Outlook and renstall it over again, it could have beccome corrupted. i would also either remove the default printer and re-add or update the drivers for it. this combo should work for you.

It was the strangest issue I have come across to date.  Turns out is was a combo of dead batteries in the logitech blue tooth mouse and needing to remove and put back the wireless dongle.  That fixed it.
