How can I find get a report on how long the CPU on my server takes to process and I/O?

Its a windows 2008 box

Your (HP Proliant?) Win 2008 SP2 Enterprise on a dual E5430 with 24GB, a "Smart Array E200i" raid controller and 2 Gigabit Ethernet "NetXtreme II BCM5708S" "NetXtreme BCM5715S" may be monitored using the Windows Performance embedded tools.

Regarding the io subsystem, one can benchmark it using IOMeter...but I think all EE experts will ask you about some drive details.
