You want to be careful redirecting because Exchange Management Console and Shell both connect to IIS over 80 and 443 to admin Exchange.   Here is now to redirect OWA:

I will worrry about redirecting to OWA later. Right now I need all of the DEFAULT settings for HTTP Redirect for Default Web Site and all of it's virtual directories.

All I wanted was the default HTTP Redirect settings for tyhe Exchange 2010 default web site and it's subdirectories. I installed another CAS/HT Server myself in order to get this.

Redirect "Exchange 2010 default web site" you mean you have another websites on that box or are you attempting to redirect Active Sync, OMA etc?   No need...in addition if you do this and something is incorrect you will kill the Exchange Shell and Manangement Console access because they work on 80/443
