All email is working fine, except, a product that is used in the Golf industry called Clubsoft.  The program is setup so it can email statements out to people.  Whenever the program tries to send an email out, they receive the error message that is in the Title.  Like I said all other email is working fine, so I dont understand how that wouldnt be functioning.

add the ip of the machine hosting this application to relay & connection settings of the SMTP virtual server

for exchange 2007

add the ip to the receive connector of the hub
You need to add that server IP to the allowed relay list - it's looking for authentication.  Putting it in the relay list under the hub transport > receive connectors should let it through without looking for the authentication.
