How to save individual Outlook 2010 messages in Windows Explorer

How do you save an Outlook 2010 message in Windows Explorer?  I want to save the .msg to a folder of my choosing for each message.  In Windows 7 you must click and open too many directories and folders before reaching the desired sub folder.  Is there a way to set a "default" folder, (Not a pst folder) where Outlook 2010 will start when ready to save?  In XP it would go to the last folder to which you saved the previous message.  Thank you.

Thanks jcimarron.  The "Move"  or Quick Steps can save or move the message within Outlook and the Outlook folders in the left pane.  I appreciate the suggestion.  I am trying to save the message to Windows "Exploder" though because of size limitations on my network.  When saving a message in XP you could assign a default directory and work down from there.  My Windows 7 workaround is to drag the main directory folder to the "Library".  When performing a "Save As" (Unicode .msg), Outlook 2010 in Win 7 opens the library folder section up first.  This helps but isn't perfect.  Thank you for the response.
