appointments do not show up on blackberry from outlook

I just noticed today that whenever I add an appointment on my outlook calendar it does not show up on my blackberry. If I make an appointment on my blackberry it will show up on my outlook calendar. What could be causing this?

You can try to resend the service books from the BES or manually on the BlackBerry go into the service books (under "Advanced Options") and delete all email addresses with "Cical" after it.

can I resend the service books wirelessly from my BES server? if so how do i do that?
JdtuckCommented:
Yes you can, right-click on the user(s) in question and select resend service books.

do i delete the service books and then resend, or can I resend without deleting the service books on the blackberry?
JdtuckCommented:
You can resend without deleting.
knfitzAuthor Commented:
I did it, but it says the service books have been queued to resend to the device. Is there a way to tell it to do it now? if not how long should I wait?
JdtuckCommented:
As long as there is a valid internet connection it should be fairly immediate but to be safe no more than 10-15 minutes.
knfitzAuthor Commented:
How do i check the status to see if it's been sent successfully?
knfitzAuthor Commented:
still there?
JdtuckCommented:
Yes, I was looking for an easy answer to determine if the service books were sent.  Not sure there is one other than checking the log files in the BES.  Usually located in:  X:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\(current Date)\servername_MAGT_02_date_0001.txt

Or by whether or not you are receiving bi-directional calendar syncing now.
knfitzAuthor Commented:
No, i still don't get the changes I make on my calendar showing up on my blackberry.
knfitzAuthor Commented:
changes i make on my blackberry do show up on my outlook. If i tell it to synchronixe my calendar at the server then they sink fine, but I'm still not getting the changes i make in outlook to show up on my phone. It's happening to at least me and one other.

are we still working on this?

I have had this issue.  You have to wipe the device, delete the user and the exchange info from the BES Server ONLY (not from AD or Exchange) and re add them, then reactivate the device.  Back up the device manually before if you need to save phone call logs text, sms etc...
