How can I autoforward my e-mail in Outlook 2010

I am running Exchange 2010 and Outlook 2010.

I have a rule set up that is:

When new mail arrives
move it to my saved messages folder
forward it to my home@cox.net

When mail arrives, it is moved to my saved messags folder, but I am not getting any messages to my cox.net mailbox.

What could be the problem?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Your answer is correct.

I should have been more specific.  I want to use Outlook 2010 to forward all my e-mail EXCEPT messages containing the word "general" or "info" in the subject line.
