Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 access error

Hi!
I installed the Windows SharePoint Services on Windows Home Server. When I try to access it  from the server or from client machines, I'm get  an error message:

.NETSystem.Runtime.Remoting.RemotingException: Tcp channel protocol violation: expecting preamble. at System.Runtime.Remoting.Channels.Tcp.TcpSocketHandler.ReadAndMatchPreamble() at System.Runtime.Remoting.Channels.Tcp.TcpSocketHandler.ReadVersionAndOperation(UInt16& operation) at System.Runtime.Remoting.Channels.Tcp.TcpServerSocketHandler.ReadHeaders() at System.Runtime.Remoting.Channels.Tcp.TcpServerTransportSink.ServiceRequest(Object state) at System.Runtime.Remoting.Channels.SocketHandler.ProcessRequestNow()

Port in firewall is open. What can I do?

the fact that it's not supported means you're going to have one heck of a time trying to resolve the error.  because... the product isn't supported in your environment.  doesn't mean it won't work.  it means it may not work, and in your case... it's not working.

sorry you don't like the answer... but in this case, your problem is that it's NOT SUPPORTED.
