Exchange Mail Delivery Problem


I have a strange problem. A user is not recieving certain messages from a particular sender. What's strange is that the exchange receive connector log shows the message being accepted by our Exchange server, but then the message tracking tool does NOT show the message being delivered to the users mailbox.
Any ideas why this is happening?

Sounds like it could be quarentined by your AV or Spam software.

Yes have checked the AntiSpam settings on the Exchange Server

It seems that AntiSpam Filtering is blocking the Messages Can you check the Antispam Settings in the Exchange Server

If you have Exchnage 2003 then check the IMF settings (Sender Filtering ,Receipient filtering)

It's exchange 2007. Shouldn't the message tracker show if the message is handled by the Antispam service? Also, we have it set so that any message with an SCL rating higher than 8, to quarantine it. The messages did not turn up in the quarantine mailbox.
To verify that it is the antispam agent stopping the message, you can set AntispamBypassEnabled to $true for that user's mailbox.
