Trend Micro Server Based not working

Since in the year 2008 i have purchase and installed the Trend Micro Business Security Advanced Version 5.1 in my Window 2008 Server.

Since than every thing is working fine not only recently when i need to access the console
to administrator the services at the server where it is installed.
First i try in the https:\\my server IP address:4343
It Promple and saying  " Certificate error and ask to continue" ( As normal i click ok)
Instead of getting into the normal screen of trend Micro it shows
"Service Unavaible"
HTTP Error 503. The Service is Unavailable

Any Ideas????

If its not a big deal, can you look at restarting the DNS server.

To perform this procedure, you must have membership in Administrators, or you must have been delegated the appropriate authority.      
To restart the DNS Server service:       On the DNS server, start Server Manager. To start Server Manager, click Start, click Administrative Tools, and then click Server Manager.
In the console tree, expand Roles, expand DNS Server, and then expand DNS.
Right-click the DNS server, click All Tasks, and then click Restart.

And if you have the time while there, see if there are any stopped services, or errors of note in the logs.  Are you also running IIS?  If you are are there any stopped services in the Application pools?
