Deploy Outlook templates

Is it possible to deploy outlook 2007  templates through Group policy  on windows 7 and windows XP machines.The domain is windows 2008.
I open to other ideas as well.

This kind of template is just a template can be treated as outlook forms, you can deploy it using any deployment tools, or simply use login script to coy it from shared folder to users profile
