Ah i've done this before on my windows 2003 server.

I followed this guide:

http://ist.uwaterloo.ca/~kscully/CygwinSSHD_W2K3.html

This will then allow a secure connection to the files on your server using filezilla or WinSCP.  A word of warning though, ensure you set the NTFS permissions correctly and the default path in the /etc/passwd file so as to not compromise the security of your w2k3 server

Since Windows' IIS doesn't have the SFTP feature, you will have to use alternative third-patry software.

I would suggest the most simple method :) FileZilla Server. This tool is completely free and very simple in use. Even better that Win2003 IIS and its FTP functionality :) It is also available for Linux

Try yourself :]
