We have a SBS server with 23 clients and run ESET secuirty software
We have an issue whereby when users within our network forward emails, particluar ones with graphics on them, when they get to the recipient the email is blank, the content has been stripped
We had various conversations with ESET thinking it was their software but after several tests, they proved it wasn't.
All users are running Office 2003.
Just by chance we upgrded one user to Office 2007 and the problem for her was solved.
What setting in Outlook 2003 could be effecting this?
