Microsoft Word 2007 - Enable Macros changes to Disable Macros after each user logs into Active Directory 2003

Installed Microsoft Office 2007 from computer's local administrator's account.
Under Trust Center- Enable Macros is selected- which is what we want.
When each user logs into the computer with their own AD profiles, the Enable Macros changes to Disable Macros.
We want to keep Enable Macros for every different user who logs onto the computer through their Active Directory 2003 Domain accounts, these computers are used by different users all day long.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Have you installed the Office 2007 Administrative Template to your Group Policy?  This made administering Office 2k7 unbelievably easy for me.
