MDB database: how to compare two database designs

Hi Experts:

    I have two MDB files A and B, each have a database inside. How to compare these two databases easily to find out their differences such as:
1. tables (defined by table name) in A but not in B, vice versa;
2. in the same table, fields in A but not in B, vice versa;
3. in the same table field, any data type difference.
     The comparison doesn't need to check the data, because I just want to make sure the database design's correness.
     Any easy way instead of reading the MDB files field by field? I have both Access 2003 and 2007, so either one of them can be used.
     Thank you.
