Reminders don't appear when importing appointments in Excel 2010 into Outlook 2010 Calendar

I have an Excel spreadsheet in the correct format for importing appointments into my Outlook 2010 Calendar. I believe the format is correct because the appointment does appear in my calendar, but the reminder isn't set. I've even exported an appointment with a reminder and imported it back into Outlook and the reminder is not set. I want to say this is a bug but there are a lot of variables here. I've enclosed a copy of the import file.

As far as I know you cant import reminders, just the appointments
You need to open each impoerted appointment and reset the reminder.
