Unable to launch Application. Cannot connect to the Citrix XenApp Server. Protocol Driver Error<br />

Users get this error once they click on an application to be launched. <br />

I have a Citrix Access Gateway connecting to Citrix Web Interface which then connects to Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 When the user amount increases I get this error. I just added more license to this gateway appliance but the problem still exist.
