Unable to launch Application. Cannot connect to the Citrix XenApp Server. Protocol Driver Error

Users get this error once they click on an application to be launched.

I have a Citrix Access Gateway connecting to Citrix Web Interface which then connects to Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 When the user amount increases I get this error. I just added more license to this gateway appliance but the problem still exist.

I had build this Citrix farm about 2 years ago. And this problem recently started.
Have you recently updated Citrix Clients

No I have not.

Although I have found the solution.

The solution is that logging into the Access Gateway/Netscaler there is a global authentication setting. I had to increase the amount of users logging into the system.
