Getting a Windows Boot Manager error when copying an image

I am trying to download an imaged copy of a HP Elite 8000 CMT using Windows 7 Professional 32 Bit.  I am constantly getting the error message

Windows failed to start.  A recent hardware or software change might be the cause.  To fix the problem:
      Insert your windows installation disc and restart your computer.
      Choose your language settings, and then click “next.”
      Click “Repair your computer”

Status:  0xc000000e
Info:      the boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible

When I insert the installation disc
The System Recovery Option indicates:

Please advise if something in the BIOS needs to be changed and how to do it....Thanks
Often issues like this relate to the BIOS setting for SATA drives. Turn it on to "legacy" mode, and image it. It should fix your issue.
