Change the default windows message "Windows cannot set the password for because: The password does not meet the password policy requirements."

Hello everyone,

This might not be possible, but wanted to check with you guys anyways.  We have a 2k3 AD environment, and of course we have a strong password policy set, with defined max age.

When it's time for our users to change their passwords, and if don't meet the min. requirement they get the following error:

"Windows cannot set the password for because: The password does not meet the password policy requirements. Check the minimum password length, password complexity and password history requirements."

Is there a way to change the default message to something more intuitive?  Perhaps alter the message text to actually read the min requirement set by our IT team.
Your help is greatly appreciated.

No easy way that I know of other than modifying msgina, (something I've never tried and probably won't try) similar question I helped out with here

The message should be more verbose than that in 2003 though.

Thanks
