On an F5 switch can a Public space IP point to Private space on the back end? For example can 167.167.167.167 point to 10.33.33.33 and 10.33.33.34?

if your question is about big-IP than yes, you can match external IP to local pool of addresses. but you probably want to have some sort of firewall somewhere on your path
Yes.  To configure this, you will create a virtual server with the public address as its destination address, and add the private address as a pool member in the default pool for that virtual server.

Remember that the return path is important, since the device is doing destination NAT.  This means the return traffic must flow back through the F5 to be untranslated on the way back.  This can be handled with a source NAT (select "Auto Map" for SNAT Pool in the virtual server config) or use the F5's internal self IP as the server's default gateway.
