We recently moved to a Cisco IP Phone system that has been working with no errors for the first 3 months. Today the receptionist phone (7962) is giving a message "Logged out of Hunt group" how do I log it back into a hunt group? Cisco site saying to hit the softkey Hlog which is not available on the phone. I cannot find anything in Cisco Configuration Assistant software either

Ah the illustrious CCA... It totally f'ed a job I did a few months back, had to re-configure from scratch midway through the installation.

Can you please post your running config.
Cisco support resolved the issue this morning by deleting and recreating the ephone-hunt group.
