Help with installing Godaddy cert on SBS 2008 IIS7 or Exchange

I purchased a cert for my domain because the new outlook 2010 doesn't work unless you have a real cert besides the self created one on the server.
I have downloaded the cert from Godaddy for Exchange 2007 and IIS7.
I can't seem to get past the second part on both instructions. Any pointers would be great. I just can't seem to find the file it needs. I tried the file I downloaded from the web and no luck.

Well you don't want to use IIS you want to use Exchange Shell:

from godaddy you got 2 files one gd_intermidiate.crt or something similar and one mail_domain_com.crt

1. on your exchange server start -> run -> mmc, file add/remove snap-ins -> certificates -> computer -> local
open the intermediate certificates authority and import the gd_intermediates there
2. on your exchange 2007 open EMS and run

Import-ExchangeCertificate d:\mail_domain_com.crt | enable-certificate -services iis

Sean Daniel of Microsoft has written an excellent article on installing a Godady certificate specifically on SBS 2008:
