Looking for a spam filter or method to get rid of Russian spam emails

I am looking for a spam filter or method to get rid of Russian spam emails that are coming in using (Outlook 2003)? Currently right now we are not using a outside filter such as MXLogic to buffer these emails. Any suggestions?

mccracky's reference to gmail is correct...ifyou forward your current email thru Gmail you will see a significant reduction...

However, gmail also has Postini, which is guess is what Gmail uses....Google bought Postini out a year or two ago...

With Postini you can use it either as a POP or on Exchange...
We run Postini for about 1500 users and it is VERY effective....

If you use it individually I think it's about $12.00 a year per person...
