Terminal Services Client Access Licenses Question

The issue is I have a domain, call it "corp" and in that domain I have a terminal server license server. Now I built another server and put it in a workgroup, and another server in another domain.  When I use remote desktop into the workgroup or the other domain I get the error that the license will expire in 120 days..... So I specify the License server in the "corp" domain.  But as you can see in the attached image is says "Unknown"

As you can see on the right it says "Provide Credentials".  I do that and provide my "Corp" admin ID and password and it works, but as soon as I log off and the users log in it goes right back to Unknown.  I tried added the server in the GPO, but I did not see a place for credentials there.  How can I get all my servers that are not in the "corp" domain to see the License Server?

I figured out a lot this weekend, out still have an issue.  When connecting to my servers via RDP I get the error that the license will expire in so many days.  I do have a licensed and activated terminal server with per users set up.  My server is set to per users too.  but yet they still say they will expire.
I found my solution to be a permissions issue.
