"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I also had this error and backed up the CA; removed the role; reinstalled the role and restored the CA, just as for the event id 6.

However, you worry me a bit about kvmdexmail.mdx.ac no longer being there.  Did you migrate the CA from the old server to a new one?  Server names can change but the CA name must remain the same if you migrate by using backupCA and restoreCA
