When I had this, I fixed it the brute force way: backed up the CA; removed the role; reinstalled the role and then restored the CA.

I'm sure there must be more refined ways of fixing this but I assumed the quickest way to fix group permissions, DCOM, etc was to remove and add the role.

how i can do this procedure.

OK, the steps are:

1. In Server Manager open up Active Directory Certificate Services, right click on the name of the CA and then click on "Back up CA..."

2. Work through Wizard, making sure that you check the "Private key and CA certificate" as well as the "Certificate database...".  Back up to local drive and directory somewhere.

3. When it's finished (only takes a second), click on Roles in Serve Manager and then, in the right-hand pane, click on "Remove Roles".  In the resulting list, uncheck the "Active Directory Certificate Services" item and follow the wizard until the job is done.

4. Reboot the server

5. Back in Server Manager, click on "Add Roles" in the right hand pane and in the list that follows, check the "Active Directory Certificate Services" item.  Floow the wizard through exactly as you did when you first installed CS, making sure that you name the CA the same as before

6. Still in Server Manager, once the install hs completed, open up Roles / Active Directory Certificate Services and right click on the name of the CA, click on All Tasks and then on "Restore CA".  Click OK to confirm that ADCS can be stopped and follow the wizard to restore the whole CA.

Your CA should now work as before, but hopefully without the Event 6 messages appearing.
