show exchange's hidden user into distribution list in outlook

hello all
I need an help: I've many many hidden contacts in exchange 2010 that belong to different distribution groups.
We want that noone can show the contacts in the global address list, but we wish that the users who can manage and send email to the distribution list can see the members of the groups.

there is a way to do it?
thank you very much

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

It almost sounds like you'd need to create a separate address just list for the people who are allowed to manage and send to distribution lists.  Then, you would assign that address list to the group who has that authorization.
