I'm new to web development using visual web developer and have recently inherited it as part of my job.

I have a form which submits to a csv file. It works well apart from the fact that users keep submitting multiple entries.

I want to be able to stop them re-submitting in a certain time frame, maybe Cookies could do this.

I havent a clue with this but it seems plausible so if you could let me know if it is possible and provide some  example code.

Thanks in advance
