I'm trying to find a way to see who is touching accounts in our ADUC.

We're running Server 2003 SP2, Standard Edition in our environment.

I want to know if there is a log that resides on a DC that increments details of user/computer accounts that are created, deleted, and/or modified and by which user. Or is there a way to generate a log to archive this information?
