Displaying multiple rows to a datagrid in one row

I am not sure how to approach this request.  I have a datagrid which displays the row for the client intake.   The problem is for certain fields in this datagrid there could be multiple selections which would result in the datagrid displaying 2+ rows for one record.  I would like to display one row but I'm not sure how to combine these multiple selections or even if there is a way.

Thank you
example:
Client ID    Visitid               Type               Service
1234            23                 Office             Test1
1234            23                  Office             Test2

What I would like
 Client ID    Visitid               Type               Service
1234            23                 Office             Test1,Test2
