Cisco CME Reporting Tool
Hi, I am looking for a call logging and reporting tool to report on call history bye extension etc... any sugestions? looked all over the net, not. Obviously something easy to install, basic and free would be ideal.

Thanks for this info, appreciate it, only problem in this situation I found out after downloading the program and was ready to install is that I have Call Manager Express, and this software only works with full call manager. Do you have any other suggestions that wil work with CME?

Sorry it has taken so long to reply, I downloaded the demo from Imagicle, installed. Found out the IOS was behind to run the 'gw-accounting file' option to send CDR data to ftp. Got this working this weekend. NOw the data being sent through to FTP for the imagicle system to collect the data has 0kb with no data. The imagicle guys cannot help as it is a Cisco problem, any ideas?

Not sure if the product works yet as support fro mImagicle is very slow trying to install the demo.
We use Call Accounting Mate http://www.callaccountingmate.ws
Works well and allows us to get detailed reports from it. Only problem is they save everything to an encrypted flat file DB. Would be nice to access the DB that stores all log information in case you wanted to make your own reports.
