In Outlook 2007, I received a digitally signed message from someone, how do I import his certificate so I can encrypt mail with him?

I have my own digital certificate from Comodo.  My friend has his own.  I can sign my mail I send to to him, he can sign his messages to me.
I understand that if I want to encrypt mail, I have to import his certificate.  Outlook help says you can get his certificate from a signed message.  I cannot figure out how to then import it into his entry in Contacts.
