NLB Vs Round Robin DNS

Can someone clearup the confusion between NLB and Round Robin DNS.

If I understand Round Robin, will send the requester to the next IP address in the queu of the  DNS for the same hostname.
NLB is a different component but it does similar things, if one host is busier than the other the next request is forwarded to the least busier host in the NLB cluster.

They sound the same.
