SAP: how do I know whether password settings in SAP for users comply with specific rules?

Hello,

I have a set of password rules in a security policy and want to know how I can check whether these rules in SAP ECC6 are indeed enforced by the system. E.g the password should be a combination of letters and numbers and other characters with a certain length say 9.

Also to check failed attempt, e.g. after 5 failed attempts the account should be blocked, how do I check that?

There is the possibility of trying to change my own password to test each rule but this is time consuming and I may get my account locked which will require time to unlock. Therefore I'm looking at a much faster way: is there a table that hosts these password rules that I can just explore with SE16N or some other tcode or report...

Thank you
