How do I refresh a UITableView? iPhone

I have a UITableView datasource (subclassing UITableViewController) which has a function I've added called:

-(void)setNames(NSMutableArray *names);

The table controller uses this array for creating the table cell text labels etc.. The setNames() is called before the table is first displayed, all good so far. The problem now is I need to set some different names on the table after the table has loaded, and need to refresh/update the table's view in response to calling setNames() with the new array of names. The table view is clearly unaware that it's datasource has changed state, so surely there must be something that needs to be triggered or called on the view for it to know to refresh.

Any ideas? =)
