correction...after looking further into details....dot pitch .22mm not 28dpi.
HD 1080p resolution is 1920 x 1080, & 720p = 1280×720. The monitor supports up to 1600 x 1200. It'll fit 720pm, but you'll have alot of black space above and below the display view. In addition, there is no built-in HD interface which will require you to get an HDMI / VGA adapter + digital converter....which is 1/2 the price of the monitor you are looking at.
You're better off getting an HD ready monitor which is built widescreen.
