I'm new to vb.net (VS 2010) but with the help of searching the forums I have found an example which shows me how to open, add data to, and save an excel file. The example I am using was posted by vadim63 at the link below:

I have an existing excel file I have to work with. The problem I am having is the worksheet has another worksheet inserted into it that I also have to write data to. I don't know how to access the "embedded" worksheet. Any help is appreciated. An example excel file is attached. The top portion is the embedded worksheet.

Thanks for any help,
