How can i make my desktop operate as a thin client
Hello,
I am replacing a thinclient with a Desktop.
I would like the desktop to operate the same way as the thin client to be used to access propalms.
I wanted the desktop to upon logon to open IE and that is all

You could also look at setting Internet Explorer as the shell instead of explorer.
a couple of ways you can do this.
In c:\documents and settings\all users\Start Menu\ put a shortcut to internet explorer or create a batch file that opens up internet explorer. if you want it in kiosk mode, add a -k to the command line.
The other way is through registry.
