Is it possible to paste-picture-link section of sheet to a userform?

Hi All,

A short question, where an answer (with a little how-to), would be absolutely sweet.  I want to carry in a userform a live picture of a section of my spreadsheet.  I want to use it like a live snapshot....such that where-ever I am in a workbook, I can see the live values shown in certain cells.  I don't want to use a New Window - if it's in a user-form, you can move it outside of the direct excel pane, thus preserving spreadsheet screen real-estate.  It will act almost like the watch window in VBA, although a lot nicer as it will show the section of spreadsheet, so maintaining sheet formatting.

I feel like this must be do-able, but I'm not sure of the controls to use on the userform...and am all fuzzy when it starts getting to OLE type links.  Any ideas?

Many thanks,
