Task receives error The attachment size exceeds the allowable limit in outlook 2007

When I try to save a task I get the error message "The attachment size exceeds the allowable limit"  The task is 27mb and our maxsend and receive size is 20mb.  I changed the maxsend and receive to 30mb thinking that was it but it didn't help.  I don't want to leave it at 30mb so I changed it back.  Is there a different setting that allows the "Task" to only be a certain size?
