No audio playback on DVD in Window Media Player

I've got a DVD-Video that plays back fine on a variety of machines (XP, Mac) and software (Quicktime, DVD-Pro), but there's one User, when they playback on their XP machine, with WMP 11, video comes through but no audio.

I verified that there's nothing wrong with the audio since he can playback in DVD-Pro with sound coming through.

How can I troubleshoot his WMP?
