What should I choose to implement e-commerce site?

magento is very big and if no experience it will take a very long time to implement.

With Zend i have no experience...

have a look at WordPress or Drupal too.

If you're not sure of the answer to this question, and there is any money involved in the future, you should hire a professional developer.  Don't try to do this yourself.  There are specialists who can help you make the right choices today and avoid catastrophe down the road.  If you insist on doing this yourself, I agree with doofah - create the necessary test beds and experiment with your test data until you can make the choice.
