Not enough server storage is available to process this command

Storage Software

We have just installed Backup Exec onto a new Windows 2003 servers, yet every few days get the error "Not enough server storage is available to process this command", and the only fix I can find is to reboot the server, and it seems to work fine again.

I have tried restarting the services to see if that will fix, but it fails. I have performed the latest updates, on both Windows and Backup Exec, but still fails every few days.

The server has over 1Tb space free on each of its drives, 4Gb Ram but its only running as a FileServer, so not using too much space.

Thanks in advance
