control panel , folder options, and check what is selected for item select(if it is windows 7). other os , the screens could be different, but you should see something about opening of attachments.<br />

Recently in outlook 2007 I am unable to open an attachment by double clicking the document. &nbsp;Nothing at all happens when I do this. &nbsp;I can open it fine by right clicking the document and going to open. &nbsp;This is rather an iconvenience and I would like to know why this has started to happen. &nbsp;PC works fine other wise.
