Microsoft Office Outlook 2010 cannot provide form scripting support This feature is not available

I have it installed on a Terminal environment Win2008R2.  When I try to retrieve mail I get the message: Microsoft Office Outlook cannot provide form scripting support This feature is not available .
All the Articles that I have seen are pointing to Office 2003/2007.  Nothing for 2010

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I worked with Microsoft and below is the solution and it worked.

Problem –
•         Cannot open Emails due to an error: Outlook "can't provide form scripting support"

Environment –
•         Outlook 2010 Professional Plus
•         Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise
•         Terminal server
•         Exchange 2003 SP2

Scope –
•         We will consider this case as resolved once we are able to open Emails without the error: Outlook "can't provide form scripting support"

Business Impact –
•         Multiple users affected.

Progress towards Resolution –
•         The outlvbs.dll file is the key module that executes the Visual Basic Scripting (VBScript) language on the application Microsoft Outlook.
•         As we know Outlook uses VBScript to pull up the respective forms to show the data.
•         We copied the outlvbs.dll from a physical machine [Path: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14] to the local machine.
•         We also exported the registry which points Outlook to the path of outlvbs.dll.
•         Path of the registry key for Outlook 2010 is ‘HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\UserData\S-1-5-18\Components\821B099E87A7C0C4D924CC21E8E02D00’.
•         We pasted the outlvbs.dll file in the location C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office14 on the Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise.
•         Since we had exported registry key from a 32bit machine we had to modify the path in it.
•         We replaced ‘Program Files’ by ‘Program Files (x86)’.
•         We imported the registry into the machine running the terminal server.
•         This led to the resolution and you were able to open the mails without any error.
