PC Audio Card Recommendation for 3 Output Purposes

I would like to connect the following to my PC:

1.  Headphones (3.5mm jack)
2.  Onkyo HT-R510 Receiver - variety of inputs available, including optical and RCA - used for watching Neflix on home theatre and other similar applications)
3.  Onkyo TX-SR507 Receiver - limited to RCA input, used to listen to iTunes on home audio system

Can you please recommend an Audio Card that would work for all three?

Thanks,
Darin

Thanks for providing multiple options!  I'm going with the second one just because I think it meets all of my requirements and it's 1/2 the price of the other one.  Thanks also for the recommendation of splitting the headphones.  I can actually run iTunes on either the 507 or the 510 but usually runs on the 507 as part of the whole home audio system (which was wired for RCA when the house was built).

Even better, I can now run iTunes remotely on my smart phone from anywhere around the house (just had to throw that in since I'm still amazed by it).
