Exchange 2010 Services

Server: Win 2K8 R2
Exchange 2010 (no roll up yet), in the process of moving to SP1

After installing Exchange 2010: Every time I reboot the server the following services do not start;
Microsoft Exchange Address book,
Microsoft Exchange Anti-spam update
Microsoft Exchange EdgeSyc
Microsoft Exchange File Distribution
Microsoft Exchange Protected Service Host
Microsoft Exchange RPC Client Access
Microsoft Exchange Service Host

They are all set to automatic, I can restart some of them manually but that has gotten old.
The ones that does not start reply with an error:

Windows could not start the Microsoft Exchange Address Book service on Local Computer.
Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

What it sounds like to me is that Exchange services are attempting to start up before the netlogon service and it is failing. Try making MSExchangeADTopology service depend on NETLOGON. To do this,

run REGEDIT. locate the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeADTopology
Locate the DependOnService key and ADD Netlogon to the end of the list.
Restart the server and see if the services start up fine.
Also, is there enough memory in the Server.

DID not work.... I also reviewed the regedit suggestion and its already set  to netlogon.

Any other suggestion?
Arnt all of these services dependent on the active directory site topology ?

I want to remember that all of these (if note more) are dependent of other "major" services. Since those "major" services takes longer to start these services will not start because of the major services takes some time to start when doing a reboot.

If you delay the startup for these services and reboot your computer ?

Ad site topology is running, So what exactly should I look to verify this...Nothings worked so far.
Other than install sp1 asap, I would try delaying the other services which are dependent of ad site topology at start up

Roll up seemed to have fixed  the issue.
