What is the use of INotifyPropertyChanged Interface

Hi Friends,

Can you please explain   what is the use of  INotifyPropertyChanged Interface, with respective data binding enivorment. It will be really  help ful  , if you can give  some code example with data binding.

Can you please explain what is the use  PropertyChangedEventArgs this class  and the class  has on e virtual  readonly property.Can you  explain how it works and what is the use of the read only property

INotifyPropertyChanged is an interface that is usually implemented by controls that are intended for databinding. It essentially alerts the binding object when a property of the class changes and allows the binding control to re-read current values when a property value changes.
